Everything from Pathway 1 + Mentorship through three births (up to 2 years) and includes:

• You can message your mentor with questions throughout your first three birth clients.
• You will attend monthly mentorship meetings to get guidance and feedback. The mentorship meetings will be held once a month via Zoom and last approx. 45min. Your mentor(s) will go over the questions that are submitted by mentees prior to the meeting. These meetings are recorded and are be able to accessed later. Attendance is mandatory for your first two clients, but you may also participate with your third client. The attendance policy is 2 absences per 12 month period. Absences can be excused by giving prior notice to your mentors and watching the recording.
• You will meet with your mentor after you complete your service with each client to debrief about the birth, ask questions and get feedback. Birth debriefs will be scheduled with your mentor(s) one on-one, via phone, text, or Zoom, and can last up to 1 hour. They will be individualized to each mentee and birth. • This pathway comes with an accolade in conjunction with your certification that will indicate you have been through the mentorship process. • If the certification births are not complete within 2 years, the mentee may renew their mentorship with approval from the mentors. The investment price will be the whatever the rate is at that time.
